Stop backfilling rounds with AI as they cost teams lots of ticket bleed

Are you saying you need AI to do masteries fast enough?  LMAO

I didnt think people needed these AI to achieve things like masteries. If that is true then this playerbase really ahve gone in the wrong direction. Maybe you also needs ai on the other team to end up on the winning team? lol

btw If both teams get the same amount of bots at the same time then I have no issues with it. But as long as one team gets 8 bots half way in and the other team get 1 bots when there 30 seconds left then its not fair hence its an issue. 

@X-Sunslayer-X Well I wont argue that. There are some human players that are worse than these bots. But I dont see how its better to add more bad "palyers" when we have enough human players filling that role. But again when people appareantly need bots to do masteries....

It is not about what I think or need. But restricting what Mastery progression can be done with A.I. was one of the first major changes that DICE did near the launch, so that is clearly important to them.

The part about the uneven teams is an ongoing issue in BF games for as long as I can remember. The A.I. was supposed to help with that, but apparently they are not tuned high enough to the reaction time of a semi competent player

No, Im not telling you that. I never said that at all and frankly that is not the issue in this game. At least not for me as lobbies are always filled with human players in the game modes I play.

As I have written so many time now. My issue is when a human player leaves in the last part of the round, the game fills the slot with a bot that doest nothing more than die and cost the team tickets. I repeat since this part is so difficult to understand: The game backfills open slots when people leave with bots in the last part of the game.

And its the last part of the game where its crucial to have control of ticket bleed. Well for us that plays the game for winning and not to use bots to faster do masteries.

Backfill literally means fill an open slot when it becomes available after a game has started so have no idea why you and other thinks this got anything to do with starting a game. 

@Karen0202 Just click tab at the end of a round where bots have backfilled early and see bots with 20, 15, 30 etc deaths and less than 2 kills or revives. Its not hard to see that is net negative for the team. lol  Of course bots that joined really late wont have that many deaths and I wouldnt say anything if every bot only played the last minute. The issue is that many bots play for a long time. 

Im starting to suspect people wanting those backfilling bots just want easy means to boost your own kd at the end of the round. 

@UP_Hawxxeye Sure, if they up the usefullness of the bots then it will be better. But Id rather have real people backfilling for a longer time and resort to the bots when the game is closer to finished than it is today.

@Ironhead841 I have never said starting rounds with bots and replacing them with humans fast is bad. But I have seen several games lately where the bots negative ticket bleed was the difference in the end score.  Of coruse Im not talking about the one team  steam rolling games because those are lost for that team any way.

Why not play solo/coop if you people want bots so bad and let us who wants to play true pvp do that in the pvp modes?

Exactly, as @UP_Hawxxeye has mentioned the "issue" that one side has (much) more Players is NOT new but here the Teams are filled up with BOTs at least. Yes, they could be smarter but in any case they try to play team oriented so they do their best to destroy equipment / vehicles and to resupply / revive. Imo the easiest solution for this "issue" would be to leave too but don't be surprised if you re-join the Server you've just left. Balancing was and will be a huge challenge and I doubt it will work better in future. Maybe you can have a skill based MM on CS for example but surely not on 64 / 128 Players Server so there is a good chance to find a totally unbalanced round also on a Server full of Players.

If (as you have stated) people are leaving at the end of the match, then in all likelihood your team was going to lose anyway so I'm not sure if having A.I. backfill really matters at that point anyway.

Having A.I. backfill at the start of matches and gradually filling in with real players is a pretty good feature in my opinion, my time is precious to me and I sure as hell don't want to sit around waiting for the goofy matchmaking in this game to gather the required number of players for a full match to start.

The Devs can never win on this one. If they backfill with bots, people will blame the bots.

If they backfill only with players, people will blame their loss (or even their lack of even a running server) on their lack of players as well as on any players who chose to play in a way that makes them even more useless than a bot (such as being bad marksman wanabees )

As about the solo/co-op part:

DICE made sure that Solo/coop is an unrewarding experience when they nuked the full mastery progression. I do not know if you read any of the thread I linked

There are players who according to their posts, left because they wanted to fight only bots on solo and they do not like the limited progression there (which was a post-release change that made the game different from what was advertised before.
