Xbox is cancelling my request for refund as i exceeded 14 days since the purchase. But how on earth could i have known that this game is so buggy, broken and unfinished. I want my money back as this is not what you have promised...

@Khaax The early access hasn't even been out a week yet and the game doesn't officially launch until the 19th so how have you had it for 14 days already?

Finaly after speaking over chat on UK Xbox support i received a refund (im not from UK but it was the only region where i was able to się chat). Lady i was speaking with explained that in their database release date was set to 12.11.21 that's why it was rejected at first. She also asked a lot of questions, for example if there are bugs leading to restarting the game or the console and many more about the current state of the game. Glad that ive got my money back. Hopefully we will see each other on the Battlefield once this mess will be cleaned up. Probably in few months

Both EA and Microsoft have refund criteria that are flexible enough for players to evaluate the game and refund within a reasonable amount of time.

Contact Microsoft to check how strict their refund period is, thanks.

I know it you know it but it seems that they dont... They mean that i bought the game more than 14 days ago that is why i cant refund it. Its ridicilous..

It looks like you have got only 14 days to refund preorder even if the game did not lunch yet.

@Khaax That's dumb, I know it's not like that on PlayStation. I would have been REALLY PISSED OFF if they refused to give me a refund on my ultimate edition, I said it was false advertisement from what they showed before with the 2042 reveal trailer and got my refund immediately.

@TankerFlanker It is pretty similar on Playstation. If you pre-order a game on Psstore before release, then the last day you are eligible for a refund is on the releaseday. Even if you bought the game the day before the release your last chance to refund is on the releaseday.

People who buy a game on release will have till 14 days after release though.
