Thank you for your DxDiag.
After analyzing it, I can't find anything that could interfere with the game. Here are some solutions that might solve your lag problem in the game (CPU usage can depend on several factors in-game) :

1- Create a file named “user.cfg” in your game folder, for example > C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042
2- Once your “user.cfg” file has been created, open it and add the following :

Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
RenderDevice.Dx12Enable 1
RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 2

RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0

3- Save the file and close it
4- Disable EA app overlay >

5- Then start your game

  Have you tried changing your settings on the AMD app? You can try to set your AMD settings to default sometimes it works. You can also try changing some settings in your game that might influence this issue (shadows...)
