Are the 'Road to Battlefield 6' Rewards Cross-Progression?

I have completed the 2042 battle pass on PS5. If I purchase Battlefield 6 on PC, will I be able to keep these rewards I've unlocked?

    Yes, provided that you are using the same EA account for both platforms and have everything linked.
