Thanks for responding. I am using the latest version of Windows 11 (24H2). Lowering the sample rate and bit-depth (44.1kHz / 16 Bit) does not make a difference, dropouts still occur regularly. While the threads you linked seem to relate to a different kind of audio problem (static noise), I might still try removing the Nahimic portion of the driver. I´ll report back.
