Banned for unknown reason due to app glitch
My issue looked to be caused by Daemon tools lite. This app was added by ASUS and I do not even know what it’s for. When it would load mine would say something about closing software DiskSoftLtd. I was working with Microsoft and ended up resetting my computer finally and deleting the app. When I finally got everything back up EA games had banned me from 2042. I have appealed and the denied me saying I was cheating. I can’t talk to anyone that can help me from ea games and they won’t give me any specific answer on what I did. I am beyond frustrated. My computer going crazy caused this and even with photos of the errors I got and my Microsoft case number they won’t even fix it. I really liked this game and now I can’t play it. Customer service is a joke when they don’t really look into my case just push me off instead of checking. Can anyone give me any help talking to someone at EA that will actually listen and look into my case. Also this did not effect any of the other battlefields I have so I do not know what happened.
