I have the same issue and it's been there for a year.

Been there no matter game patch, hardware drivers, windows version and hardware upgrades. It's an issue with the game and they won't solve it.

    Yeah, I’ve seen a bunch of comments from people with the same issue. Sadly, no one seems to have found a fix. Support just shrugs and says everything’s fine on their end :(
