Battlefiels 2042 - AECEFSUBPROCESS problem

Every time i want to play Battlefield2042  with EA, the game doesnt start.
In AMD Adrenaline Desktop i notice that the process AECEFSUBPROCESS is active from the moment i start my computer.
I cannot start the game and i cannot disable the  process.

Can i have my money back! Or will it be fixed in a day??

I can not play the game either on Xbox App nor Steam or EA APP.

I have this problem with the game for more than 4 months.

When it wasnt working on XBOX i bought it again on STEAM!

But i could play Battlefield 6 without any problem.

After a windows update last week i tried to start the game one more time. But it did not work. After diagnosing the system i noticed that the automatic time-synchronisation was off and my system was a couple of seconds off.  I started the synchronisation and i could instantly login.  Thanks.

    Thank you,
Have you looked at the Windows event log ?

  • Hi MikelDerbyshire
Could you send me a DxDiag so I can find some clues based on the errors it shows?
Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, click Share -  add the .txt file as an attachment.

You can also send me a screenshot of the error that appears when you try to start the game, as well as check the Windows event log and let me know if you see any errors after starting the game. To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it.

    Thank you
