BF2042 Crash at launch

Hi, I reinstalled BF2042 yesterday on Steam for the BF6 event. After launching the game and getting to the first loading screen, the moment I see the loading animation, the game shuts down and crash...

    If you have Nvidia 581.08, roll it back to some version before this using GeForce Experience. I reinstalled my previous version (576.52) and the game was able to launch. Tested a single match too.

Exact same issue and actually I have no other programs installed.  I've even turned off ALL of MS Defender across the board when excluding all files didn't help.

The most common issue in the blue screen crash log is:  WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for eaanticheat.sys

I've even rebuilt my computer from scratch and have no other programs installed and have issues.

    Super frustrating indeed, I also temporarily turned off MS Defender, allowed BF2042 thru my firewall, and even have Secure Boot enabled (checked in Windows 11 and my bios). I don't receive any error code too; the game and EA launcher just shut down.
