cant find friends EA id on battlefield 2042
when i put in his EA id it says not found. im on PC and hes on xbox x and we are both linked to xbox
been trying for hrs to fix it myself but no luck.

It might be worth having your friend check that they're using the Series X version of the game and not the Xbox One version. That might not be the issue, but it's probably a good place to start.
