Same problem for me. I was about 100 revives away from T1 support class just before S5. The counter is now stuck at 1000 and not progressing. Other class mastery badges are progressing as normal.

The UI is glitched also. I had something like 1900 revives before S5. The UI now only shows progress bar stopping at T2 and there is no revive count underneath the bar.
In the mastery list table on the left, the progress bar is also glitching:
I have uploaded an image of it selected so you can see there is no more revive count (so the left bar says 100% because it is selected).
All of the other masteries are progressing normally.
*EDIT* Ignore the comment about the bar in the table on the left when it is selected. I looked at the menu and realised that the bar goes to 100% for the selected badge irrespective of the value. It is still broken on the left if it is not selected and obvs the mastery is not progressing.
Community Manager@EA_Leeuw I have just logged on and checked. I still have the problem on the 5.0.1 build. I didn't have time to go into a match just to look at the menus.
I took another screen shot of the assault class and you can see that that is working normally with the progress bar part way through the T1 and the counter underneath the T1 box - that counter is missing on the support class as you can see in the previous screenshot. You can also see the support class badge in the table on the left and the progress bar is at approx 20% - when it should be at 90% plus going by the pre S5. I have very easily done more than the approx 100 revives needed to take me to T1 in the last 2 weeks so it isn't showing progress and also isn't counting progress either.
I'm a level S206, so I'm fairly certain I'm playing on servers that allow XP to occur on these badges, hence why both are at (and stuck on) T1. 🙂
