Deployment glitch after using a vehicle

Recently whenever I deploy as the driver/pilot of a vehicle and die, the deployment screen glitches out with the vehicle list tab overlaying the screen blocking any attempts to deploy, and pressing escape doesn’t even work so I have to restart the game.
