here is mine
@EA_Atic Here you go. I got exact same problem like rest. On beta was playng and streaming in 4k with no probs, just bypass warning window about old windows version by pressing ok and was fine. Now after ship scene got this crash. Dont had any problems with any other game. Tried to update graphic driver with DDU in safe mode - didnt help. And for some reason my windows refuses to update itself in any way, even with manual solutions. Only one i see it is a full clean reinstall, but this is too much for me for a single game. Too many software on PC, that gonna be a dissaster with headache.
@EA_Atic hello sorry i m french i put a screen of my dxdiag
justin case
- @OX-sypher If you can actually get into the game then your issue is likely different from everyone in this thread.
We can't get past the "authenticating" scene with the ship, so we never even get to the main menu, let alone actually get to play the game. - @Macavity1 well i cant get a screenshot of the dx error,it is "behind" the game screen, can only read it if i alt+tab. only thing i remember of the 10 lines of text is something about directx 12.
@EA_Atic here is Dxdiag and screenshot of error message. I reinstalled nvidia drivers. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Can't get past the loading screen with the ship
My DX Logs, is here.
I try to reinstaller GPU Driver, removed the old files with DDU.
After try old GPU Driver versions. (ALL SUPPORTED VERSION...)
Try Windows Insider (10) beta version.
Try all windows updates.
Reinstall all EA Service.
I did all these, but it doesn't work.- @OX-sypher click start menu > type dxdiag >hit enter > save all info > upload here.
