Download Stuck on Preparing.. Day 3
Hello everyone.. So.. Been at it for about 3 days now and still no answers from EA or the FAQ's. I've been trying to just download the game on the EA App for the first time since 1/20/2020. I've been seeing gameplay and been wanting to give the game a shot again. Besides the point..
I've tried everything thats been thrown my way with this issue and nothing. Short story, i cant get the EA App to get past the "Preparing" phase of the download. It doesn't even give me a "Calculating Time" or anything. I've done cache resets, full on reinstallations of all apps having to do with the game. I've gone into BIOS. I've manually removed files and renamed folders, literally everything thats been considered a "Fix" online. I've tried different WiFi's lol just everything isn't working. Been waiting on the EA Helpdesk for a couple days now and they keep pushing the issue away saying they need more time to figure out what my problem is.. Just confused at this point. I've also tried the Force close and open origin work around and nothing.
Any help gents.. and ladies.. willing to try anything at this point. My brain has an itch that only BF can itch lol. I'm sure ya'll know. Here's some screenshots to i guess give an idea what i've been staring at for a few days now.
