So u maybe know another way cuz nothing works for me
If the error changes from 11 to 9, it means that this error occurs when EA Javelin Anticheat cannot find the installation folder.
Try this :
Relaunch the EA app (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game directly from the EA app.
Please follow the steps carefully.

Bro sorry that i was mad on u its not ur fault its the guys who made ea javelin they made it too hard to get it right but i follow every step u said nun worked
