EA effectively discourages people from using its games

I think EA doesn't care about players and doesn't care about technical issues, which is why I'm skeptical of their new games. I won't buy them. They simply don't fix achievements in their games (Ubisoft helped me in less than an hour) (Activision, surprisingly, in 1 business day) (EA, what can I say, they don't fix anything, or I don't know, they have poor technicians. The "Wheeled Warrior" achievement in BF2042 is broken, as is one achievement in Nedd for Speed).
