Error code: 1:~1535346404O:2050669849B

"Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information."

I will launch the game, play Breakthrough then (sometimes 5 minutes into match, sometimes 20 minutes into match, sometimes 30 minutes into match) I will get this error and be kicked completely from the game. I have had this error pop up ever since the last update. Pre-update I never had any issues. I have checked other games that are not through EA and have no problems whatsoever connecting and playing. I have ran speed tests, no problems there but it seems whatever was changed with the last update massively affected my connection to the servers. I have checked the troubleshooting guides and have followed these instructions to a T with no success. What can be done for this to be resolved?

  • I’m having the same issue now. Was there ever an answer on how to fix it?

@bfunky1986 Following up to see if you were able to get connected to the game since that error started happening?

@Soulcastle Have you been able to get connected to the game? Is it only specific parts of the game, or as soon as you launch?

I can launch the game, but after 5 minutes I get the error disconnect code.

    Hi, the solution helped me.:
    1. Set DNS to IPv4
    2. Enable the Windows DNS Client Service (Dnscache)
Press Win+R and type regedit to open the registry editor.

In the registry, go to the path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache.

On the right, double-click on Start and set 3
restart computer, and try to play
