Error r 0xc0000005 after power outage

Sorry for the problem you are experiencing.
Can look at your windows event log and tell if you see an error after launching your game.To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it. 
(You need to launch the game before, to see the last error)

And a DxDiag file so we can find some clues based on the errors it contains?

Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, then click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.

After checking, nothing seems to be coming from your hardware.
I see that you are running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit – version 22H2. Could you go to the update tab and check your recent updates to see if you can find updates “KB5063878” and “KB5064081”?

At the same time, I will ask you to repair your anti-cheat via the application here: Install EAAC 

Here's how to do it: 
From the Drop-Down Menu Control, Select the Following: “(Installed) Battlefield 2042” -> Click the "Repair" Button -> Click OK -> Select the Installation Folder: “Battlefield 2042”  -> Click the “Select Folder” button, and wait for it to finish.

(EA app Installation folder -> C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2042)
(Steam Installation folder -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042)
