    Could you send a DxDiag file so i can find some clues based on the errors it contains.

    Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
    Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
    Then drag and drop the file here, then click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.
