Failed to launch game

Hi. In the last 2 weeks I receive all the time this error: "Failed to launch game An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I reset the cash, reinstall application...

07.05.2025 - the error is still there. No help from EA

It may be worth opening a case with EA Help at this point, if you haven't already of course. They'll likely take you through the steps you've tried already initially, but should be able to check from their side and hopefully see what's going on.

You should be able to open a case or have a live chat over at help.ea.com.
