I was having a problem with this same error. The newest build didn't fix it. My problem was hardware. CPU thermal paste lost it's ability to transfer geat properly. Repasting the CPU fixed my issue. If you have a gaming PC, try new thermal paste if you have an AMD Ryzen CPU of any kind. Another nuance of AMD if one uses paste versus TIM.
This happened before but I forgot that changing the paste fixed game crashing 2 years ago. I usually change it once or twice a year because I game hard. Oddly the paste looks ok but it loses the ability to transfer heat properly over time. It seems heat spikes to 70c will cause errors on certain cores. I used OCCT and Hardware Monitor to figure it out. This might save someone a few Windows reinstalls, game reinstalls, and hours of testing.
