I can recommend Portal Server.

There is a bunch, but not many, good Conquest server online like "XP FARM - NEMESIS" (maybe mostly EUROPE) Mostly full of real players - the rest is filled with PVP Bots. 

 I also hosted a server some days ago, trying to bring back the Conquest Expierience. Its named "Optimus" Europe Server
