I purchased Battlefield 2042 from BestBuy but the download button is grayed out

I purchased a digital copy of Battlefield 2042 (windows) from BestBuy, but when I try to download the game, the Download button is grayed out. When I called BestBuy for assistance, I was told that the problem is on the publisher's end... ...the publisher = Electronic Arts 

(please see the attached image)

When I called EA support - they said that I need to post my issue on this forum...

    Hey @didiljc,

    Did you redeem the key code you received from Best Buy in Origin and/or EA Desktop?

    That's where you need to download the game from, not the Best Buy website.
