Since changing to secure boot, I now receive message stating 
Driver: iqvw64e.sys

A security setting is detecting this is a vulnerable driver and blocking it from loading. You'll need to adjust your settings to load this driver.

All forums are saying that I need to take it off secure boot for this to work.

I am currently on Windows 11,

this driver helps with the security of the PC from Malware through Core Isolation and Memory Integrity

 Does anyone know of a fix

Please check if you have any of those apps and if you do then update those apps or uninstall if not needed:
(if you don't have any of those then reply me back with your issue and i'll fix it for you.)

  • That driver is part of Intel® Network Adapter Diagnostic Driver
  • Dell systems may install this driver via Dell SupportAssistAgent or Dell Update utilities. The driver files are often found in folders like:

C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\PCDr\SupportAssist\6.x.x.x

  • PC-Doctor’s system health software (e.g., Toolbox, Service Center) bundles this driver for Intel-specific network diagnostics.
