It's interesting how so many people have the same issue but caused by so many different things.
I'll try this, but doubt it will work for me since I've had the issue from the start of the game - before VOIP was even a feature of the game.

@SkykingUS-Eh Good luck, hope it works for you! I'm not sure when I first experienced this bug, but it could indeed coincide with the VoIP introduction.
