I still have email contact with EA Customer Service, but I don't think they can do much either to fix this bug. Otherwise they wouldn't have send me here. Let's see if this gets solved.
TFU-Barto The only people who can provide missing items are EA Help. Regrettably, for security reasons, there is just nobody here who can access your game account to help with this kind of issue. EA Help does sometimes ask people to create bug reports on the forums, but this is mostly for awareness and won't necessarily get you a solution.
It might self-resolve, but I'd honestly recommend that you persist with EA Help about this problem, as that's the best chance for you to get a resolution.
