I have a RTX 3070 and intel i711700 and game runs like crap. When I played early access open beta I had 140 FPS, I now have 60-80 FPS on lowest graphics... fix ASAP!

i7 9700K, 32 GB Ram, RTX 3090. 720p, 1080p, 1440p ultra, high or low settings, same FPS. 45 to 90 deppeding on the ammount of graphics of the area. GPU only up to 65% of usage.
Specs:
1TB Samsung SSD
intel i7-9700f 8 cores @ 3 GHz base speed, accelerates up to 4.7 GHz
NVIDIA RTX 2080 with 8 GB VRAM
32 GB DDR4 RAM
Windows 10 HomeGame runs fine in any other mode, consistently getting well above my refresh rate of 75 Hz. it's specifically All-Out War that causes issues. My system is pretty good, processor is a little behind the curve at this point (though not by much) but if I can run the other modes above my refresh rate then there's no reason for me to run All-Out War below my refresh rate. Just wanted to post this for developer posterity, throwing my statistics in the pile so they know it's in dire need of optimization.
I have a rtx 2080 super and i can't get over 80fps even on low settings.
For me it s the opposite...the game runs a lot smoother compared to the beta.
How is your CPU utilization? what resolution?
3080, Intel 10900k, frames about 120fps with DLSS set to quality. No issue with performance. But the stuck in revive bug needs to be fixed asap.

And people were abusing me on reddit that “you need a better card” “I am running 70-80fps on 2080”
I mean if this game can’t touch even 100fps on a 3000USD machine, that is pathetic.
I got a full refund from steam. RTX2060 i710875 laptop 60-90 fps.....

I ll enjoy my 90-120fps on high in 4k.
You cannot expect the game to run well on launch on minimum spec pc...in your case CPU is clearly the bottleneck, how much ram do you have? 16GB should be the minimum.
Probably cuz ur on AMD CPU. Go to bios and turn off SMT, its because game is crap optimized. Turn SMT back on when they optimized the game for AMD CPUs
