Thank you, so I see that you have no issues with the anti-cheat and game launchers.
But perhaps you don't have the same problem as Yoptel_1​ could you give me more details about your problem?

For example:  
- When does this happen? (While you are being killed, while you are only in a vehicle, while you are shooting
- Do you have a good internet connection?
- Are you using a wired connection or Wi-Fi?
- Does this only happen on official servers or also on Game Portal?
