Portal Website - Unable to retrieve your experiences

Summarize your bug When opening the portal website, one cannot create or update experiences. An error is shown "Unable to retrieve your Experiences."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Portal Website portal.battlefield.com from within a european country (except france - where it seems to work) and try to create or open an existing experience - existing experiences won't be listed due to the error "Unable to retrieve your Experiences."
What happens when the bug occurs? When opening the portal website, one cannot create or update experiences. An error is shown "Unable to retrieve your Experiences." In the background the following HTTP Request is constantly failing: REQUEST: POST https://kingston-prod-wgw-envoy.ops.dice.se/web.communitygames.CommunityGames/listPlaygroundsByOwner RESPONSE: 200 OK grpc-message Zathura call failed: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: gRPC message exceeds maximum size 4194304: 7272363 grpc-status 13 server envoy
What should be happening instead? Existing experiences are loaded and new ones can be created.

    @EA_AticI can´t host any of the experiences. It doesn´t matter if i try my own creation or an official experience, nothing is displayed on the screen.

    I have this problem since yesterday, so before the update.

    @EA_Atic I´m on PC. It seems that i only can host a Server with an experience code. Tested it 3 minutes ago.

    Hi @EA_Atic , as described in the bug, it is no matter of platform or specific experience. There is an issue in the backend system, which is hindering us to retrieve experiences. Although I have 25 ce projects/experiences, the website stays empty and throws an error that it's unable to retrieve experiences.
    Somehow it is working in other countries around the World...
    France, India - no issue

    Germany, UK, Netherlands - issues

    This is apperaing since 19.10.2022 at around 11 AM

    Here in the Netherlands I can't access my experiences either through the site or in game.

    Summarize your bug On the portal website it says: Unable to retreive your Experiences. All my experiences ingame are gone as well. I'm logged in as usual. Logged out and logged back in, but still they're all gone.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in to the Portal website with an account (from the Netherlands) and see if it happens as well. Or check my profile on the backend to see if something's wrong.
    What happens when the bug occurs? No previously created Portal experiences are visible. "Unable to retrieve your Experiences"
    What should be happening instead? All my experiences should be visible and be able to host
