Season 3 Mastery Badge Not Progressing

@EA_Leeuw smh.. just started season 3, have 94 on progression, S3 badge only showing 35. This is ridiculous.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the updates, all.

The teams implemented a server-side fix last December, which should ensure that the (current) Season 3 Mastery Badge points are counted correctly when you start a new game session. This means that you have to close the game after 'unlocking' the points for the Badge and then start the game again after an x amount of time so that the system can add the points to the counter for the Badge.

Could you try this and let us know how long it took for you between game sessions to receive the points?

Since Season 3 has ended, I have closed this thread and created a new thread for the Season 4 Mastery (T1) Badge.

Summarize your bug My season 3 mastery badge is locked at 1,149/1,150. I completed several matches and weekly missions but my progress did not increase. My friend said to him my mastery badge appeared to be a Tier 1 badge, but for me it only appears to be gold. I have tried restarting the game but nothing has fixed it. The tracking on the rest of my badges is unaffected. I have gotten the previous 2 season's badge tier 1, so it would disappoint me greatly if I couldn't get a tier 1 season 3 badge.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure what is causing the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug prevents me from gaining progress on my season 3 tier badge in my perspective.
What should be happening instead? The badge should be properly showing my progression on my end.
