secure boot and crashed my dream

I have to use three operating systems on my computer. Why do I need to enable SecureBoot? If I enable SecureBoot, I won't be able to use other operating systems. I kindly request your support or updates on this issue.

  • Hi TURK_GADDAR
Battlefield 2042  won’t run without SB, because EA made it a security requirement against cheats
The only stable solution available at this time is:

    - Enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 for your Windows partition >  https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/secure-boot/
    - Keep Windows + Secure Boot enabled for Battlefield
    - For other operating systems :
If they don't boot with Secure Boot enabled, you must temporarily disable Secure Boot in the BIOS to launch them
-Then re-enable it when you want to play Battlefield

I understand that it's annoying just to play a game, but as far as I know, there's no other solution
    Let me know 😃

The WHY is because it's a useful tool against cheating, so if anything take it up with cheat developers for making life difficult for everyone. As for the OS stuff I've seen a few remarks that it IS possible to partition each of them out to allow smoother usage of the feature. There definitely seem to be workarounds and no doubt more will come out as games continue to ramp up anticheat methods with SB being an upcoming forefront method.
