@thumstickiller I got an answear on twitter about the error codes and 39 mins ago and they said that they are actively working on those error codes so we just have to be patient and I was glad because i finally got some sort of answear so I didn't have to refund and buy it on a worse platform.
Dude, its just so frustrating. The game's gonna experience a Black Friday sale before we can access it. And Steam won't refund. 22 hours "played" now.
- I've reached out to EA Technical Support via creating a case: they sent me these two articles and closed the case
- I've reached out to the community via these forums: they sent me these two articles and went dead-air-silent
- I've reached out to the Steam community via forums: nothing
- I've reached out to the Battlefield Discord for help: nothing
I don't know what to do and it just feels like I'm out $100 now.
Here's the full error code that I'll update to the original posting:
1:4688822970: 1502I: -891751198O:0B
I just manually uninstalled Origin and Steam. This didn't fix the issue.
I'm at a loss.

Hey all.
Fear not, we did not abandon you. The weekend got in between and I have escalated this further so it can be investigated hopefully.
Unfortunately, it seems like none of our basic or advanced network troubleshooting steps has solved the issue for you, which is very unfortunate indeed.
Can I ask you to report the error codes that you're seeing when you're on the "Can't connect to the EA servers" screen if you see any?
So far is have noticed that it is 1:4688822970:1502I:-891751198O:0B and 1:4688822970:100J:1004G, is there anything else that you are getting when you get the splash screen?
Edit: I would also like to ask you something fairly strange. Do you maybe know if you have a dynamic or static public IP from your Interner Provider? If you are on a dynamic IP, can you check if turning off your router/modem for 20 minutes and turning it back on again changes the IP for you and if you can connect? You can check your public IP via sites such as https://whatismyipaddress.com/.
(Please do not post your IPs here)
@EA_Leeuw Well it says retry or cancel with an army of battleships driving into the open in the backround an the error code is: 1:4688822970:100J:1004G

@Joakim06er, cheers. That indeed looks to be the code that I posted already.
Did you also try the step that I mentioned in my previous post, regarding the router/modem shutdown etc.? I'm gonna try this once I get home this afternoon.
Thank you for not forgetting us!
My IP doesn't change when I disconnect and reconnect. Unfortunately, I'm on a university connection and do not have the option to reset my router. But every other game works, including other battlefields.

@itsYins, cheers for the code.
Hmm, normally we do not encourage players to do this, but would it maybe be possible for you to try it via a VPN real quick? That way you should get a different IP as well and this would potentially show us if your connection is actually blocking something for the game maybe.
*Again, we normally never encourage players to perform this troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately it seems like this is the only step possible at the moment for you to give it a try on 'another' network. 2 to 3 times.
