Can somebody help me I'm getting randomly disconnected after playing BF 2042 for 10 to 15 minutes, it saying thats is unable to connect to the EA servers, I verified my game files and I did everthing ea has suggested:Clear the systems cache Did the steps connection and advanced connection Guides Changed DNS settings Restarted my router...And its still happening.

Yes x64 version, its called the Celik application

Here is more info to add to this mystery, When I start the game from the EA App, it then creates a Folder called "Game", in it is "httpcache" inside it is a lot of GARBAGE in this folder...... 44 items/files that are just numbers with no file extension. "C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\Game\httpcache\" So when I start the game using the EA APP, as soon as it creates the "Game" folder, I immediately DELETE it. Whoa and behold ..... I can actually Play the game!!!! I do notice that the game loads MUCH MUCH slower, but I'm happy to say I can get in the game.@AntiCheatWard , I have proven multiple times now that this "Work Around" works to get me in the game, Hopefuly others read this and try for themselves and help prove me right, so this is a local PC issue that either your AC software or the Game itself is messing with our computers...... What is it and Why?? Can we get a "Coder" from EA to chime in on this?? Looking forward to any type of reply, because this is ridiculous, and this started for me at the beginning of Season 7 of the game.Test4echo3

@Tesmont do you really think people are really going to reinstall or. Run a second instance of Windows every time this happens…..?? That makes zero sense. That would be like buying a new tire every time you got a flat Instead of finding out why you got the flat, fixing it and then avoiding the route or area you took that got you the flat in the first place. Something this game is doing is causing this and the root issue/cause needs to be found, if you ignore it, history will repeat itself. -Test

Apparently my issue was fixed by closing my VPN, which I only had a select few programs run through. I have no idea why that would've affected it since none of my games go through it, and the issue started before I ever even used a VPN. Hopefully this helps a few others

If you navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC on your machine, right click the file that says EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe.

Go to Properties, and in this new window, click on the Details tab.

What does it show there? A picture can suffice, or you can just list out what it's got listed for Product version, should look like a "0.0.123456" type field.

@AntiCheatWardHi there! I'm also having the same issue and I've ran the command and got OK as response.
I have no firewall rules that are blocking the services.

Hi Kammiiii, I'm here from the EA anticheat team.

The disconnect reason you're experiencing is because, for some reason, EA anticheat on your machine isn't communicating with our backend so the game exits out to prevent players from playing without anti-cheat.

Can you let me know if you've got any firewall rules in place that would block the network traffic?

Can you open up Powershell and let me know if you can reach our network?

Should simply be: curl https://eaanticheat.ac.ea.com.

Same issue here since about 10 days ago...
I can only play for 10 mins max before getting kicked out and it happens in both Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield V.
I've also done everything in my power to fix this issue but nothing worked so the issue is not on our end.
