Unable to unlock EBLC-RAM despite completing all pre-requisites

Hi MonkeySchwag,

I'm sorry to say that you'll need to persist with EA Help in this case, since only they can provide a missing item. It might be worth trying to get a live chat with them rather than a ticket, though, as it may be quicker.
