Hi there. We're not able to escalate this for you. The only option is to submit another dispute if you haven't used all 3 up already. Instructions for that can be found in this article.

        Could I take this to court? I have never cheated or hacked why the heck would I spend money and countless hours onthis game to throw it all away?
