Im getting this error code 1:4688822970:15021:2397336630:0b and cant even get to the main menu. we pay but cant play the game. Congrats ea team.

Anyone had any luck here? I have a very similar error code when I try to play on PS5.

 I had the same problem and after trying to fix it for 3 days I finally fixed it. What I did was manually uninstall both Origin and Steam (my EA Play subscription and game were on Steam). To do that you can find instructions here: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/ (Origin) and https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3C73-90F9-F600-0266 (Steam). Remember: its the manual/hard uninstall, not the normal/easy one. Hope that helps.

I tried everything from opening my router ports to buying a new network adaptor to installing a new windows also I try buying it on other platforms to test ..

I have the game on steam and EA too ..  

This is the last resort I am going to refund the game if EA didn't fix this 10000 year old error that I find on every battlefield game ..

Installed a new window with new steam on a new SSD.

same error but with a slightly different error code ,

They cant fix this error I had it on almost all of Battlefield games. it's annoying I had to pay for deluxe and didn't have the chance to play early or beta.

i am refunding the game and go back to indie games * FPS and PC games ,

I m not sure that but I fixed this * error, Just logged out origin and its ok
