BF6 still needs fixing

I don’t know where to start but let’s start off with the maps. The maps feel way too small for a battlefield game. It feels like I’m playing COD and also the TTK is not good, it feels like I’m getting lazered beamed easily in this game even though I’m being “strategic”. There’s also no footsteps audio, and I’m surprised no one is talking about it. I understand it’s war but there was moments of silence in the game and I get killed by people who sprint behind me and didn’t hear any footsteps. I also want to mention about the visuals, I’ve played all battlefield games but in this particular game I just can’t see anything, I played BF4 and other previous titles and I have no problems spotting enemy’s, I’m not an expert with graphics but it just seems like I can’t spot enemies in this game compared to other BF games. I also think open classes shouldn’t be a thing and I prefer guns that stick with their own classes. The game is good but it needs fixing. That is my overall feedback of the game.

  • There is footstep audio. You may want to adjust your device that does audio playback i.e. RealTek Audio Console, etc. I've had similar issues in other games with audio quirks and it comes down to audio software usually.

Compared to previous titles and a shade of nostalgia, it is slightly more difficult to spot enemies, but this one feels like their goal is more realistic comparatively to previous titles. Which would understandably make it harder to see people with camo and less in-game visual help i.e. body outlines, indicator diamonds, etc.

I understand they’re trying to go in that route with the realistic graphics but you have to admit that it’s too much going on. Too much smoke, dust, brightness and shading in certain areas, and the coloring of the game just feels off. I can’t quite put my finger to it but my point is they can at-least tone it down with the smoke and particles of the destruction. I love the destruction but it makes the game unplayable if I can’t see what’s going on in an engaging battle especially in really small maps/tight areas. If that’s the approach they’re going for like how you mentioned then they should at least give us bigger maps/more space so if there is dust in certain areas we can just move in a space where there isn’t much dust/smoke and maneuver around it in order to attack in a better position.
