Bugs on RedSec

Hello... I play mostly RedSec and I wanted to report that since season 3 in ranked play, a white light appears and I can't see anything. It appears from downtown in almost 70% of games... and I'm losing the ranked game... I don't want to play anymore. Will you do anything about it? I've lost over 30 matches, and that's it... thanks.
