2042 Portal vs BF6
I liked the 2042 portal where I got to play all the battlefields and old maps. Bring back all the old maps. Let us use portal to play all the battlefield games. Thats baller.

There’d be no normal matchmaking left if they did that everyone would just migrate to the better maps in Portal and never come back lol.
I went back to 2042 after the developers killed portal in Battlefield 6.
BF2042 Portal had much better mutator options as well compared to BF6.
I like increasing Weapon Damage and Vehicle health for Hardcore mode, as opposed to decreasing health (this method allows fall damage and what not to remain stable). We have no option for that in BF6, just health reduction.
