Go to this link https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ , but don't be logged in and there is link continue as guest. Put your email, write appeal, submit and in next page choose submit as email, only then appeal will be created and you will be able to see it on your account to which your email is assigned.

Thanks, now I have an open incident. How long does it usually take to resolve the problem? Because I've been banned for no reason. I haven't used a hack and never will.
