AA Gun Tank

Can we fr fix the aa tank being able to shoot from spawn???? People sit in  that tank the entire game in there spawn and there is no way to destroy it. I can’t believe that they haven’t put a stop to this yet. Very annoying. I love the game just that on detail is really killing the game for me.
