The mini scout absolutely needs a nerf. The thing is often used way more in close range because suppression is stupid or whatever the devs think, and it's broken as long as someone is mildly competent.
The sweet spot mechanic needs to go anyways, so oddly enough it's the only sniper that actually plays like it should in that regard.
The PSR, I believe but don't quote me, retains the most speed and has the least drop of all the snipers. This matters a little in medium range, and kind of at long range. At ELR, it doesn't matter at all because you're either bad and use the RF, or you have to learn the drop anyways and at ELR it's FEET over target for every sniper in the game.
