EA, there's a problem that needs to be resolved urgently on the South American servers (I don't know if it happens on other servers). Every match is being matched with bots; we rarely get 64-player games. And South America has many online players, this is a matchmaking problem, please fix it, don't let the game die in South America.
Good afternoon. We are having problems with the matchmaking in the multiplayer modes in the South America region. We keep getting BOTS in matches all the time, and often we end up in servers with only 2–10 players on a 64-player Conquest map. In addition, we’re limited to 22 players per team instead of 32 in the South America region. Yes, CROSSPLAY is ENABLED.
Another issue: I have a cousin who lives in Panama and we play together. We tried to fix the problem by having him be the party leader so we could join NA servers (where this bot and matchmaking issue doesn’t happen), but every time I’m in the party, the game automatically puts both of us into a SA server full of BOTS.
Even in modes like Team Deathmatch, we end up with only 2 players per team and the rest filled with BOTS. I believe there are enough players in South America to fill multiplayer lobbies.
This has been happening since the game’s launch day, on the 1st.
