Account Banned Out Of Nowhere - BF6 Beta

I had the exact same thing happening to me on Xbox. Havn't played for years. Not since Battlefield 4. Played two matches in first open beta and when I came back to play in the second round I failed to connect to EA server. Checked my mail only to see that I have received a mail with a notice of permanent suspention due to breaking "Terms of Use" or "User Agreement". Appealed 5 days ago, but still nothing.

What even is this, and what is causing it?
I'm not even good as I'm used to play on PC, so it can't be for suspicion of cheating. No voice chat, no public chat, no nothing.

This is really concering.

I was able to play the first weekend of the open beta with no problem. When I logged on to play for the second weekend, I was greeted to a “ your access has been revoked”. I didn’t use voice chat nor text chat. I wasn’t doing really anything out of the ordinary. I made a “submit an appeal” but what really concerns me is that when I look up my penalty history, I have a clean slate so I assume it could be a false ban However, that that’s been pending with no response for the past five days. Of course the beta is over with now but I really hope this doesn’t prevent me from playing the official game when it launches.

This truly just happened to me grinded to level 20 all the guns ranked up woke up dis morning and had a ban this is crazy 

Maybe dont cheat then. Simple. You can say you didnt cheat all you want and play the poor me card, but their anti-cheat software isn't just gonna ban random people. You got caught. Deal with the consequences.

Also going through this my self. The only thing that is throwing me off is on user data it saying the ban is for “battlefield 6 event” so I’m curious if this sticks to when full release happens. I play through steam and I know their refund policies are pretty solid. But still.. just unsure what to do. And I also am not able to unlink my stuff and whenever I get through to an agent via chat they try to just direct me to their forums and troubleshoot for it every time.. like that was the entire fn reason I waited to chat with an agent because I’ve tried that and still won’t work..

Sure you didn't ask if you could change your character to male? Thats good for  a ban from these guys

they banned my account 2 days before the early access beta started. I’m on Xbox and use all Xbox controllers etc. I also had pre ordered the game the shadow one. I hadn’t played any EA title since 2042 last year or maybe even the year before that, I can’t remember. I made a new account and had to watch a twitch streamer to get a code. Really annoying as I have been a part of EA labs for a few years, I’ve even done playtests for them, about 3 or 4 I think. Anyway back to the ban, so I’d been banned before any beta had gone live. This didn’t make sense. I had no play time at all. I appealed it and got a reply “upheld” the next day. So now I’m really angry and instead of pleading my case I told them how I felt with some colourful words. I didn’t even check the next day as I thought it would be a lost cause but I got an email from them asking for a review? I didn’t get any such email when I got the answer “upheld” so that got me curious, I logged on and checked. They’d overturned the decision !!!! 
My advice is keep on appealing it. I think the first appeal is automated but the second is manual. I’m not sure why I was banned as they didn’t give me a reason, The reason I have told you this is to tell you to keep on appealing. They do overturn bans if it’s a mistake. Good luck bro 

Same here.  I started getting authentication problems when the open beta started.  I submitted an appeal last weekend and just heard back.

 “We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.”

I’ve never used cheats and wouldn’t even know how to use them on a beta lol.  Negative KD player, only application running is bf6, using a standard Xbox controller.  Something in their system must be messed up, was about to pre order too.

Same thing happened to me , check my steam vac status is 100% checked on EA says i dont have any penaltys or anything, so idk. not to mention my K/D is trash.

Just submit the dispute and ToS will check your account for any bans.
