Add back Rush, King of the Hill, etc

Add back Rush, King of the Hill, squad deathmatch, and all the other games that were removed, since there are still unit challenges I can't complete anymore because these game modes have been removed. In this attachment, you can see this.

Did you not read the latest update from Dice?
These modes are being rotated in and out every 2 weeks so you can still complete the challenges.
