If it helps anyone that's still struggling with this, I've had the best results using BFV, BFV and Standard. I know controller settings aren't universal for everyone, but after hours of testing, I've had the best results using this. Value wise set what suits you. My infantry aim left/right acceleration is set to 20. For me that seems to be the sweet spot.
It's still by no means as good as what it felt before, but it's the best I've been able to mimic from previous settings.
