Aim is snapping when in vehicles

Hello.

I recently been playing a lot. Every time i am in a vehicle. My aim seems to be snapping around and not exactly where my mouse is. I thought it would be the setting "Mouse Raw input", but i notice it is still doing it while im in tanks and other vehicles.

Please help. I love to aim where i want to and not be missing my shots in tanks/aircrafts
