Always attacking... ADMIN can't flip teams. Lacking permissions.

99% of every portal game, I am attacking. Admins need the ability to flip the teams. This is a basic ability of historical games. Also, admins should be able to choose maps to warp to.

The current system is insufficient.

Please increase admin powers.
