My AMD 6800M graphics card is updated but battlefield uses my integrated graphics card instead and doesn't launch the game giving me an error message to update my driver's even tho they are fully updated please respond with a fix I'd love to be able to play the game I paid for this was an issue during the beta and stopped me from enjoying the beta as well.
CelestialMorning What's the manufacturer and model number of the laptop? Usually there's a sticker on the bottom of the laptop with this information.
I have the same exact issue with the same gpu. I have a asus rog g15 advantage edition. It kept saying saying to update my integrated graphics when there wasnt one available. The only work around is a registry edit which isnt worth it cuz it can mess up your pc
That's what I keep seeing I have to either disable integrated graphics card or do some coding for a game that I should be able to just play which is ridiculous
ElteAssassin45 turning on the MUX Switch in Armoury Crate might fix the issue.
My asus rog g15 advantage edition does not have a mux switch sadly.
I'm experiencing the exact same issue, Asus ROG G15 Advantage Edition, it's only detecting the integrated graphics but not the 6800M even though windows settings for both the game and anticheat exe are set to use the discrete graphics. I'm not willing to do a regedit that will make the adrenaline software not work properly but I would like to play the game!!!
