Anti-air balance

 they need to  lower the ceiling you can get a lock  on and increase the speed to reload launchers   and reduce the speed they can flare as it is  there no reason to use anti air as  out of 600 rocks i test with the new one i got 6 hits that it and most of the time you need 2 to take one down. or at lest give us a launcher with faster reload and no ceiling for lock
